To enter:

1. Must be at least 21 years of age
2. Must have proof of a valid ID
3. MUST BE DRESSED APPROPRIATE TO THE DESIGNATED THEME OF VENUE.
4. All entries must be received by 1:00 AM on Sunday, October 30 2011
5. Winner can only participate in one contest in Palms property
6. Please refer to prize list for prizes and giveaway times
7. The odds of winning are dependant solely on the judges and crowds’ discretion.

Additional rules and regulations:

1. All federal, state and other taxes relating to any prize, and any other travel, or hotel accommodations or other expenses relating to any prize, is the sole responsibility of the winner.
2. Non-cash prizes are not transferable, substitutable, or exchangeable for cash.
3. If the winner fails to meet any eligibility requirement herein, an alternate winner will be chosen to be held as soon as reasonably practicable after initial winner is determined to be ineligible. Alternate winner is subject to all eligibility requirements and restrictions of these Official Rules.
4. 9 Group shall be entitled to interpret these rules as needed – including but not limited to rules regarding entries, selection of winner, deadlines, and eligibility – and all of its decisions are final. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules. 9 Group reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest or any part of this Contest should any non-authorized intervention, network failure, information storage failure, telecommunications failure, malfunction, or other causes beyond its control, corrupt or impair the security, administration, fairness and/or operation of this Contest as determined by the 9 Group in its sole discretion.
5. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, stolen or misdirected mail or entries or any failure or unavailability of hardware, software, electronic communications or Internet uploading or other connections. 9 Group is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any computer, modem or other electrical device as a result of participation in this contest or downloading of any software or materials.
6. By winning, contestants agree to award 9 Group and its sponsors the right to publicize their names, photographs (including the use and appearance of winner's photograph on 9 Group's web pages), likenesses, biographical information, e-mail address, voices and details of winning for purposes of this and future promotions without further compensation.
7. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this Contest in any way will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
